For a decade and counting, we have provided a continuum of care that ensures a smooth transition through the different levels of care available on our campus. The environment fosters communication between patients, caregivers and healthcare providers, so each patient remains healthy and happy throughout various stages of life with us.

“Our mission since the very beginning has been simple yet profound: to serve others,” said Steve Briscoe, Founder of Grace Pointe. “From its humble inception 10 years ago, Grace Pointe was built on our collective belief that the most honorable thing you can do in life is to help another human being. We look forward to many more years of service to our beloved Greeley community and its members.”

In celebration of this milestone, we hosted a variety of events at Grace Pointe. During an anniversary event hosted in partnership with the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, community members and key players came together to celebrate Grace Pointe’s role for residents and their loved ones, as well as its combined efforts across relevant service industries.

Leading up to the official 10-year anniversary, Grace Pointe created and launched an all-new refreshed logo and website.

“Much like our growing services and expanding community, our new logo and website reflect our commitment to evolving care,” said Briscoe. The new branding was unveiled during Grace Pointe’s many anniversary festivities, including an industry exclusive Business After Hours event, an internal team appreciation ceremony, resident rendezvous and more.

Grace Pointe welcomed its first residents in October of 2009. Since then, we have cared for thousands of individuals and their families and loved ones across the broad spectrum of life. From day one, Grace Pointe sought to offer five versatile and interchangeable levels of care to ensure residents a dynamic community that boasts services essential to their specific lifestyle at any time.
