Dementia Together
We are so grateful to partner with Dementia Together to hold Memory Cafes twice a week! Their Memory Cafes are social gatherings for people with mild to moderate cognitive impairment to engage with others traveling the dementia journey through reminiscing, games, inspiration, laughter, music, and snacks.
The Blue Mug Coffee Bar and Roastery
We love to support this local shop by picking up delicious drinks for our staff and residents.

Partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association
The Alzheimer’s Association of Colorado is the premier source of information and support for Coloradans living with dementia and their families and caregivers. We have been honored to support and partner with them over the years through their wonderful programming. We also participate in the Weld County Walk to End Alzheimer’s every year. Thank you for the work that you do for our community and all those living with dementia!

Donation Request
At Grace Pointe, we are always looking for ways that we can give back to the community. A different charity is chosen as the “Charity of the Month.” Donation requests must be made 30 days in advance of being the featured charity. Thank you for helping us give back to our community.
