There are 16.3 million family and friends that provide care to people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias in the United States.

On June 20, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.

From basketball to baking and card games to crafts, there’s an activity for everyone to participate in. Here are some ideas that the Alzheimer’s Association suggests.
