January 2, 2021 we held our first vaccine clinic for staff and skilled/rehab residents! Since then we have held a second clinic after these first two rounds, we exceeded our goal of 80% of the staff having received the vaccine and this number continue to grow with each clinic. Our percentage of staff receiving the vaccine is 35 – 50% higher than any other facility in the area. This year has been challenging for everyone but we have persevered as a team and we are so proud to work with such a dedicated team who place the care and safety of our residents as their highest priority!
Grace Pointe is given 6 COVID Vaccine clinics under the CARES Act with the vaccine being administered free of charge and on a priority basis between the beginning of January and the end of February.
