Grace Pointe’s Senior Rehabilitation Center has 26 studios dedicated to post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation. 24-hour skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapies are provided in an elegant, home-like setting. An individualized therapeutic plan is developed for each resident by our medical professionals, with the goal of helping our residents to return home safely and successfully.
Staying in Rehabilitation
To ensure maximum comfort within the rehab center, each patient has their own room, complete with a European shower, specialized beds designed for comfort, a lovely private dining room, and a nurse call system. Click here to see our rehab floor plan.
Occupational Therapy
The Grace Pointe rehab center also includes occupational therapy for recovering patients to work with therapists on their activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, etc., promoting a smooth transition to their lives back home.

Wendy Eickmann
Wendy graduated from Loma Linda University in California in 1995. She worked in numerous settings in Montana and Colorado but mostly enjoys the senior population. She says their wisdom and humor inspires her. She has been married to the love of her life for 27 years. She is blessed and often stressed by her three teenage children. She was drawn to Grace Point by its small community feel, the sense of camaraderie and the high standard of care for the residents. Her interests include reading, exercise, cooking, Bible study, her flower garden and outdoor adventures with her family.

Cheri Moran
Cheri has been a therapist since 1994. She says she loves being able to help people regain their independence after life changing events. She has been married 26 years and has two children. She stays busy enjoying the outdoors with her family and her Border Collie.

Kathy Hammer
Kathy graduated in 1980 as a COTA and then an Occupational Therapist in 1995. She has worked in schools, Intensive care in the hospital and skilled nursing facilities for the last 27 years. Her passion is helping amputees and those with severe strokes. She has worked at Grace Pointe since 2011 and says she loves working here because the staff work well together, with the mutual goal of helping patients regain their independence and return home.

David Tan
David has been a therapist since 2007. He has worked in hospital, skilled nursing and outpatient settings. He was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He says he always gravitated toward working in geriatrics. He likes that he can help take care of the generation that helped care for us. He loves being able to help patients return to prior level of functioning. He says he appreciates the high level of compassion from all departments at Grace Pointe. He has been married 7 years and has two kids and two dogs. They enjoy hiking, exploring the outdoors and hockey.

Teneile Lovelace
Teneile has been practicing occupational therapy for the past 12 years. She said she enjoys helping people get back on their feet after experiencing an illness or injury. As an occupational therapist her focus is on helping others become more independent with activities of daily living and likes to make sure they have fun doing it. She joined the Grace Pointe team 9 years ago and says she loves working at Grace Pointe because of the friendly staff and positive atmosphere. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, church activities, fishing, camping, jogging, knitting, and going to the beach.

Valerie Keller
Valerie received her master’s in occupational therapy from Colorado State University in 2017. She says being a therapist is fulfilling because she enjoys seeing her patients progress from being sick or injured to feeling well and gaining back their independence and ability to perform meaningful occupations. She enjoys working for Grace Pointe because they offer a lot of equipment and resources for use during their treatments. Grace Pointe is small enough to meet the patients individualized needs. She enjoys spending time with her husband cooking and camping, visiting family in Pennsylvania, and riding her horse.
